Neighbours

Kromdraai Impact Hub is an integral part of a growing community of cultural, environmental, personal well-being and educational initiatives in the Kromdraai Valley.

FARMHOUSE58 is the first of diverse developments planned for the Kromdraai Valley in the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site, 45000 hectares on the outskirts of Johannesburg and Pretoria. In this enchanting natural and cultural context, repurposed farm buildings provide simple luxury accommodation, dining, gathering and wellness facilities, enjoying the temperate highveld weather.

NIROX is committed to the global contemporary arts through its sculpture park, artist residency, workshops and outdoor concert venues.

The Villa-Legodi Centre for Sculpture is a generative space for artists, curators, writers, and cultural practitioners to create and share. Its objective is to foster the arts, especially sculpture, by enabling the production of new works, and to pay tribute to the life and work of Edoardo Villa and his long-time collaborator Lucas Legodi.

Adjoining The Hub is a 300sqm open cattle shed suitable for hosting large groups and installations  with a spectacular view over the Cradle of Humankind.

PHETOHO Court

Phetoho Centre exists to foster sport and community engagement. The space serves as a venue for both basketball and netball, offering a dynamic environment for individuals of all ages to develop their skills.

Kromdraai Commons

Phetoho Centre is a key element of a greater vision to transform 20 hectares of private land into a vibrant, multidisciplinary, and multicultural community space known as "Kromdraai Commons." This expansive area is designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and connection, providing a platform for diverse activities, cultural exchange, and social interaction.

By embracing a wide range of disciplines, The Commons aims to unite individuals from various backgrounds, creating an inclusive environment where people can engage, learn, and grow together.
